Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of raydaikejazzguitarlab.com and any subscription plan purchased through it (“the Lab”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Lab offers online jazz guitar instruction through two subscription plans: Basic (video lesson library) and Premium (video lesson library plus 1:1 coaching delivered via LINE). Plan features and pricing are listed on the Course/Price pages and may be updated from time to time; changes will not reduce what you receive during an already-paid billing period.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login and any linked LINE account secure, and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your My Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details on refunds.
Content and Intellectual Property
All lesson videos, materials, and coaching content are the property of Ray Daike’s NY Jazz Guitar Lab and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Recording, redistributing, or re-publishing lesson content without permission is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
Please use the Lab and its LINE coaching channel respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, share accounts beyond a single user, or attempt to circumvent subscription billing.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Lab is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific musical results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Lab after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
