Ray Daike’s NY Jazz Guitar Lab (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates raydaikejazzguitarlab.com, an online jazz guitar lesson subscription service. This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors and members, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, subscribe to a plan (Basic or Premium), or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, billing information, and any messages you send us. If you link a LINE account for 1:1 coaching (Premium plan), we receive the information necessary to deliver lesson content and coaching messages through LINE.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by WooCommerce Payments/Stripe, our third-party payment processor, under their own privacy and security terms.
Like most WooCommerce-powered sites, we also use cookies to keep your cart and account session working properly, and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and subscription
- To deliver lesson videos and, for Premium members, 1:1 coaching via LINE
- To process payments and manage billing/renewals
- To respond to support requests sent to RayDaikeJazzGuitarLab@gmail.com
- To send service-related updates, and marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Lab: our payment processor (WooCommerce Payments/Stripe), our web hosting provider, and LINE, for members who link a LINE account for coaching. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing RayDaikeJazzGuitarLab@gmail.com. You can also view and update most account details directly from your My Account page.
Children’s Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
