Overview
Ray Daike’s NY Jazz Guitar Lab is a digital subscription service (Basic and Premium plans) — we don’t ship any physical goods, so this policy covers subscription cancellations and refunds rather than product returns.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Basic or Premium subscription at any time from your My Account page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not end your current paid period early — you’ll keep access to lesson content (and, for Premium, 1:1 LINE coaching) until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Because each billing period grants immediate access to the full lesson library and, for Premium members, coaching time, we generally do not offer partial refunds for the remainder of an already-paid period.
If you were charged in error, charged after a cancellation that didn’t go through, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service you paid for, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case for a refund or credit.
